I just thought it was funny, even if it lacks subtlety. I like it because there is so much peer pressure in suburban environments for people to have the right kind of house and front yard. Neighbors will get mad at you if they don't think your house is acceptable. I think homeowners' associations are unamerican.

What do you think of this, Ben? I thought it was pretty funny. I found it while searching for articles on making my lawn greener. Yes, I care about how green my lawn is now that I am renting a house. Lawn care is just one of the many duties of a responsible suburbanite.

I'm torn because although I like the look of the green grass, a part of me knows it is meant to evoke the appearance of a wealthy Tory estate. It is a symbol of the landed elite that has been adopted by the bourgeoisie.

Nevertheless it is lush, and we will play soccer on it. I water that shit every day, and it looks like fucking Rivendell.

I should be more clear the weekend of april 23rd

Hey Ben we're actually now starting to look around for flights, hotels/rentals in Seattle. Are there any days/weeks in the upcoming 4-6 weeks we should avoid? Meaning you won't be around?

This is not my diagnosis either. We have a proper vet. A little over 2 weeks ago Gus' face started blowing up and he could barely breathe. We took him in and they said it was either an infection or worse case lymphoma. They gave us Cephalexin and said if its an infection he should clear up in a few days. It didn't, he got worse, stopped eating and could barely walk. We brought him in again. He was severely dehydrated, fever of 105, lesions inside his nose. After being checked out again they told us they think it could be aids. Gave us Prednisone and Ciprofloxacin. He started to eat and get better. They said once we stop the meds if the symptoms kick in again then its likely an immune disorder. We stopped yesterday and he is starting to deteriorate again... so who knows but it sucks.

Ben, yea we are still planning and hoping this month. There has been a non-stop line of events happening keeping us here. We haven't even been to Napa in 5 weeks. Right now we are waiting to see if our dog has aids... just stopped the medication today so hopefully he does not. When he is in the clear we'll start looking for flights.

Did anyone ever notice that the word, "pseudoscience" is itself pseudo-scientific? I mean, it's not like a scientist can test something to see if it's positive for pseudoscience; they can only determine if it is positive for science. Everything else is just unsubstantiated.
